We contacted WAC after reading the glowing reviews online and Ken came out to the house to meet us, inspect existing windows and take the time to explain different types, quality and rough prices of options.

With Ken’s help we were able to make a decision on what we wanted at a price that would put some of the large windows sales companies to shame.

The money we saved by having an expert essentially act on our behalf allowing us to make informed decisions more than paid for the WAC service; total cost came in at about 40% less than we had expected for sliding sash.

Ken came out and inspected the works at completion in order to sign-off before we paid the balance.
