Great advice – really contributed to a much better result than the run of the mill approach that I was being offered but also very cost effective.

Five of the quotes on my report were better than I had prior to getting them in and the detailed spec was great as everyone quotes for exactly the same thing.

Even though I was really pleased with the job the same architect that helped me at the beginning came back to check everything before he would pass the job for payment.
