A friend recommended Window Advice Centre to us after a couple of long, disappointing visits from double glazing companies. Aren’t we glad now he did! From the initial visit to the finished result we have been thoroughly delighted with the customer service, price & quality of both advice received and work carried out.

From our initial consultation with WAC it was very clear they were offering far more detailed, non-biased advice than what is supplied direct from window companies. The consultant discussed our expectations and what WE wanted from the new windows& doors before advising on different specifications, safety, security & regulations and he was very knowledgeable on all aspects. When he returned with the quotes from several companies for our perusal (only a few days later) we were amazed by the difference in cost the quotes were via WAC compared to the ones we had gained by ourselves direct from window companies. We eventually got everything on our wish list for a substantial saving.

The contractor we chose to install the windows was also very professional and the workmanship and finish is fantastic. The team were very tidy and left the house immaculate each day they worked here – they were also very polite and pleasant (we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them either!).

Once work was carried out to our satisfaction the WAC representative came back to inspect the windows and doors and only at this point, when both ourselves and the inspector were happy, did we need to pay the bill. As double glazing is a large, quite costly purchase this additional step in the process gives you complete peace of mind.

Would highly recommend the Window Advice Centre to anyone thinking of purchasing new windows, doors etc. This whole experience is a vast improvement from the hassle, higher costs and sheer time wasted dealing with the glazing companies yourself… and no high pressure sales at the end of it!!!
