Simply fantastic. We had heard these guys were good and they delivered. Ken was polite, understanding and very professional. He listened to what we wanted and also gave us additional (no obligation) suggestions which we loved. He took the time to patiently help us design every window and door for our home but didn’t take hours about it either and there was no hard sell. He farmed the designs out to several glazing companies and advised us which one to choose (if we wanted). The contractors done an amazing job. Again, polite, professional and timely. Any issues that appeared during the install were openly discussed and dealt with quickly. After the job was complete, Ken visited again to inspect the quality and fit of the windows and doors. Overall, a smooth process from start to finish. I highly recommend using Window Advice Centre and cut out the need for half a dozen double glazing salesmen traipsing through your home.
