I put our needs in the hands of W.A.C. who arrange a meeting with an independent consultant who discusses ou needs and options. Tenders for the job are sent out, returns discussed with the consultant and final decision (s) made. No pressure, no commitment at any point until contract is signed. Whole process was reassuring, highly efficient and excellent value for money, including a 10 yr. Policy of Insurance underwriting the installing company’s guarantee. Consultant is available at every stage of process.
