I would highly recommend this service. My daughter suggested that I try it when I moved house and needed double glazing for a traditional flat in a conservation area. It was going to be difficult to get recommendations that I could reliably compare. The representative from the Windows Advice Centre explained that they would take a full assessment of what I wanted and could then source 3 firms for me that were experienced in conservation requirements. He took time to explain all aspects of what was needed and what choices I had, identified 3 firms who gave very reasonable quotes and the work was done exactly as specified. Other reviews explain the rationale and process so I won’t repeat it. I was very unsure at first, but the explanations provided were very clear and I was able to take time to come to a decision. All together, it was so much easier than if I had tried to follow the usual process of getting multiple quotes from different firms. I was really pleased with the outcome on all fronts.
