The consultant is extremely knowledgeable about the type of windows allowed under planning regulations. He explains what is possible and arranges 8 or so estimates from installation companies on the Centre’s list of approved companies. When the work is done the consultant checks that the proper materials have been used and that the work is up to standard before final payment is made. The deposit paid and the company’s guarantee are both covered by the Centre’s insurance policy.
