I’m a return customer to this company. Had a great experience when did my first window replacement in 2001 Ihink it was. i just dreaded the thoight of all the hassle and i am still very wary of double glazing salespeople, trying to figure out a specification, then what if things went badly and all the potential for time consuming and costly legal stuff. Went back to WAC and was very pleased to know they were stil in business after all that time
George was my consultant and from first contact came across as friendly and knowledgeable without being immersed in jargon. He asked questions about my needs and explained the various options to me in a way that made me feel confident enough to go ahead and seek quotes. This was good for me because it was exactly as i found my previous consultant to be 23years sgo. A week later George came back with drawings and specifications which was very impressive. He’d also brought quotes from a number of their select contractors, and as before he advised me that i could safely accept the lowest quotation, which i did. Paying the deposit into an insurance backed Client fund gave me further confidence that my money was secure. The day after my installation was completed, George returned to inspect the works and confirm to me that the balance due to the Contractor could be paid. I am more than happy with the project and once again WAC have lived up to expectations. Its always good when a company delivers first class servixe and I’m very pleased that WAC once again helped me navigate the double glazing world with confidence!
