From just one visit, Window Advice Centre sources up to ten
directly comparable quotes on your behalf without revealing your identity.
This resolves the need to
repeatedly have double glazing salesmen to your home to get estimates.
Once you have finalised the details
of your requirements, your Window Advice Centre Consultant will document your wishes to
allow costs to be obtained from the most suitable approved contractors for your work with
no one having to call.
This document contains scale
drawings and technical specifications to ensure that all the quotations are on a like for
like basis with no variation in quality or content.
This resolves the problem of trying
to identify, from a range of offers, for work of varying quality, which offer represents
the best value for money. |
Up to ten
approved contractors are given one chance to submit their lowest possible cost. As each
contractor knows that up to another nine contractors are competing for your work, you can
be confident of getting the keenest possible price. Approximately one week after your initial survey, your Consultant
will return to you with the itemised costs from the various contractors. You are also
given a copy of the drawings and specifications upon which the costs were based,
background information on the contractors and copies of the contractors colour literature
showing the materials they use.
Your Consultant will go over the
specifications and costs with you to ensure that everything is to your complete
satisfaction. You can alter the proposals and obtain revised costs as many times as is
necessary until you are completely satisfied with the proposed scheme.
At this stage, your Consultant can
also arrange for you to see product samples or contractors previous installations. In
short, your Consultant will continue to act for you to allow you to proceed with
confidence.
